Garden City Residential Complex
The Garden City projects in Iraq and Kurdistan are remarkable endeavors, offering exceptional services and welfare to their residents. Launched in 2010 in Sulaymaniyah, the projects were supervised by highly experienced and talented engineers. Due to their resounding success, the initiative expanded to encompass Karkuk and other cities in Iraq, including Bagdad, Ramadi, and Karbala.
Alongside apartment buildings, the project includes luxury villas, high-class amenities, modern commercial areas, and a range of unique services, all aimed at providing comfort and happiness to the residents.

2010
Garden City Apartments
Garden City Apartments is situated in one of the ideal location in Sulaymaniyah city. Spanning across 138,667 square meters, Garden City stands as a testament to its distinction among other residential complexes. With a remarkable 34% dedicated to green spaces, it proudly offers the highest percentage of verdant expanses in comparison to its counterparts. As a result, it provides a healthy and nurturing environment to its residents.
The project consists of 18 towers, housing a total 864 exquisite apartments.
2013
Kirkuk Garden City Residential Complex
Garden City stands as a testament to success within the Kirkuk province, largely due its prime location situated on the strategic highway of Erbil-Kirkuk. Initiated in 2013 by Bayan Company, a prominent subsidiary of Halabja Group, the project embarked upon a vast expanse of 193,776 square meters, consisting a total of 485 exquisite houses. The fourth stage of the project is already underway, encompassing a remarkable total of 204 outstanding houses. Distinguished by their brilliant designs and generous allocation of green spaces, it earned the best residential complex title in Kirkuk.

The project comprises five buildings, with each building boasting 7 floors. Within each floor, a total of five apartments are gracefully housed. the basement of each building has been thoughtfully allocated for commercial purposes, catering to the diverse needs of all residents. Within the project, a mosque will be nested too. The area of the apartments are 180 square meters, 230 square meters, and an expansive 321 square meters. The top-floor apartments feature a large terrace that offers a captivating view for its residents.

Garden City Villas is one of the most captivating residential complexes in Sulaymaniyah city, located in Kurdistan, near Malik Mahmoud Circle Street. Garden City Villas offers four remarkable types, with each one distinctly characterized by its area (240m2, 480m2, 600m2, 1000m2). These exceptional villas are meticulously crafted to offer an extraordinary lifestyle. With approximately 10,080 square meters dedicated to green spaces. The overall plan includes a total of 340 villas, with proudly announcing the completion of 146 villas as the first stage.
